LUX Tile Backer Board is the innovative alternatives to traditional cement backers , It's HCFC-free waterproof XPS core, fberglass reinforced and cement coating gives the panel strength and vapor retardant. Making LUX panel is perfect choice for a variety of interior and exterior applications,such as the inter layer to wall or floor and thermal insulation board in underfloor heating system.

Technical Performance of LUX Tile Backer Board:

Applications:
1. Wall and floor insulation for interior and exterior.
2. Under-floor heating.
3. Waterproofing and insulating projects for wet areas, such as bathroom, kitchen, swimming pool, spa.
4. Enclosures for bathtubs, columns, steps and water pipes.

Instructions:
Concret Floors

1. Clean the solid non-deformable floor free from dust,dirt and other contaminations.
2. Flexible tile adhesive,combed through with a notch trowel,will the provide a ribbed bed on which LUX boards will be laid.
3. Push LUX boards onto the floor,all boards are dislocation arrangement.
4. Apply the boards joint with self-adhesive mesh and plaster the flexible adhesive above it.For high-demanding waterproof areas,a reinforced waterproof tape and coating is requested.
5. Tilling can be started once the boards are bonded on the floor tightly.

Wooden Floors

1. Clean the wood floor free from dust,dirt and other contaminations.
2. Flexible tile adhesive,combed through with a notch trowel,will the provide a ribbed bed on which LUX boards will be laid.
3. After the dlexible adhesive has set,use screws and washers to fix the board to the wood floor at least 300mm.
4. Apply the boards joint with self-adhesive mesh and plaster the flexible adhesive above it.For high-demanding waterproof areas,a reinforced waterproof tape and coating is requested.
5. Tilling can be started once the boards are bonded on the floor tightly.
